Rules:
-You can only make 3 entries--Unless you ask me~
-No NSFW/18+/adult themes/sexual themes. KEEP A PG RATING!
-Be nice to others, and just have fun! Don't be sad if you didn't win~
-Please do not harass other users who won, and no bribing the judges.
-Do NOT rush the artists to finish your prize. Art takes time.
-You must be a watcher to enter! (New watchers allowed)
-You must share this journal!
-You must fave this journal!
-You must put "POSH!" if you read these rules~
-I want you all to be creative, but keep this in mind when drawing:
-I will lean more in favor to the elegant or 'posh' designs~
-KEEP THE TOP HAT!! (or make a new hat for him (optional XDD)
